Class Description:
This combo alternates every 6 weeks by either starting with a jazz or contemporary warm up and continues with either a jazz or contemporary choreographed combination. Allow Jazz to bring out your fiery confidence and contemporary to challenge you as a storyteller through abstract movement and emotion.

Be the rhythm in the room! Our adult tap classes cater to multiple levels of tappers teaching the steps but also zero in on the importance of rhythmic accuracy.

Fundamentally, ballet is the style of dance that builds our bodies flexibility and strength. Our adult ballet fitness classes zoom in to each individual term showcasing how to do each movement for the benefit of your body. It's wonderful for all levels as this will challenge the most advanced in control and focus or introduce a beginner to how ballet can sculpt your body and mind.
