After our warm-up, we put on our heels and discover our sultry side, budding poise and overall confidence!

Dive deep into this emotional style of dance that guides us through everyday stresses and joys.
This class begins with a warm up that feels like yoga in dance form.
After our warm-up, we will continue learning this style of dance through movement that doesn't fit inside a box.
It tells stories, connects us to dance in a personal way, and challenges our strength, flexibility, and technique.
Finish out these 8 weeks learning two pieces of choreography!
